Gravebind gloves dont work with totems

The Gravebind gloves say 'Enemies killed by anyone in your Presence count as being killed by you instead' which SHOULD count for totems for mechanics such as Herald of Ash explosions that require an attack which totems do abilities that are considered attacks. These gloves should work with totems but currently do not.

totems are not considered as "anyone" as they work like an extension of the player and his skills. totems don't grant on kill effects to the player in general. for example: you gain the buff of blood rage but you won't get a frenzy charge when the totem kills an enemy.
