Unclickable Ritual altars

This has happened to me in two separate maps now.
In the first map 2/4 altars were unclickable and I cleared until 1 monster remained. Unless the single monster were magically in both altars, something is amiss.
Bug report is from the second map were the same happened.

Both maps had the Dune Lurker mob type in them, and if I were to guess I would think their "blood" is never collected by the altar since half their body is below ground. It probably drops down into the ether.

This happened to me as well today.

2/4. Dune lurkers, on the map Oasis.

First two were unclickable with no interaction available. The two later ones worked.

This might not be related to all of the unclickable altars, but it helped for me. Sometimes it bugs out from corpses being on the ground, thinking they're alive. I had an altar happen with omen of whittling which is around 6 divs, so I was desperately trying to fix it. Came to realize if I wore the helmet that deleted corpses and walked around the altar it eventually fixed the altar and let me click it
