Weren't there used to be a description of their abilities on the enemy lifebar?

Like "shield blocks attacks" or "summon apes from trees" or "does Chaos damage" or something alongside those lines? I kinda remember those, but cannot see them now, haven't played for quite some time... are they gone for good now, or is there a way to turn those back on?

Edit: on common enemies, not magic or rare versions.
