Lost sound on My POE 2

Lost all sound on the game the moment I got on the Black Chambers map.

if I engrave a skill I have sound on the video that explains the skill and that is it.

all sounds of the game are gone tested other games working, tested xbox sounds working. just POE 2 is gone.

Already reset the sound option tried volume up and down all options everything.

The sound is completely off.


Help please, noticed that I'm not the only one.

I have the exact same issue, I hope this gets fixed soon. I tried everything I can think of including turning Windows Sonic off or on. Only working sound since yesterday's patch is skill gem videos.

Same issue. Playing on steam deck, only get sound on gem videos.

same thing now 2 times.. I have to uninstall and reinstall.. pain in my a@@

same thing on xbox all of my sound is gone happened mid play last night, turned it on today and same thing just poe2

nevermind i reset a few times and it started working

I have the exact opposite, the only audio that doesnt play is the skill video's

This happened to me one time too, but I am on PC. my bluetooth desync'd and when I connected it, the game still wouldn't have sound. had to restart game.

Man, seems way worse on console (the issue, not the game).

This happens with every single character I take into Aggorat on XBox. When I enter that zone and booming voice over starts, it eventually bugs out and gets stuck in a loop, and then when I zone or log. I come back to no sound whatsoever and have to re-install. Please fix this or give us someway to fix it without having to re-install the entire game!

Xss had the same problem only the skills had sound, deleted the Xbox saves in Manage Games and Extras and the sound came back.
