This ability is supposed to have a chance to apply hinder on spread, I've thoroughly tested it and never had it apply hinder to an enemy ever

Not only hinder chance isn't working. Its totally bugged. There is no indicator when enable it and no explosion happen after killing poisoned enemies. Its a serious bug that need to fix with the next update.
