Poe 2 , Missing skill points from Sacrificing Hearth

I threw away the Act 3 Sacrificing hearth that gives you 2 skill points,
I went to act 3 cruel and found out it actually gives skill points...
Went back to act 3 to drop it again so I can do damage....
3x utzaal and it didnt drop, now im missing 2 skill points, I hope this "bug" will be fixed, thanks
