wrong poe account connected to steam

This seems like something id contact support about directly, but ive emailed this several times and no ones responded so im copy pasting the email here in hopes it will get resolved:
hi, my poe account is oirelando#0448
i bought early access on steam, but when i got into the game and opened the microtransaction shop its connected to an account called Dague13#5087
im not sure how my steam account got connected to this account as its my brothers, presumably he connected it at some point. I dont think he has access to that account anymore, and ive never had access to it, and id like to swap the connection over to my actual poe account, as im worried any purchases I make wont "stick" if theres a problem in the future since, again, i cant connect to the Dague13 account.

idk if this is something that would be solved on your end, or if i need to contact steam customer service to break the link first, but any help would be appreciated.
