not able to use coins/stash missing

Hi. i have POE2 early access, it comes with 300 points, somehow i do not see those coins ingame, but i can see them only on website.
also i have bought premium stash bundle for poe2 from website, but its never appear ingame...
any chance to have it sorted, please.
