Early Access licence gone

I purchased the licence on 12th of december and played about 20 hours.
Today I wanted to log in again, it said "no licence found, buy a licence". Even my profile doesn't show a licence anymore. Last bumped on Dec 16, 2024, 3:15:34 PM

I am also not able to play anymore. I bought 300 gold. palyed the whole weekend and on monday...No early acces, Please buy a package.... I want to play and not pay again so much money.
