Email support is not responding to emails.

Hello,

It's been almost two weeks since I've receives a response from my emails, not a single "we are busy", "we got your ticket" etc. and I am unsure what I need to do to get help with a mistake that I made during the supporter pack purchase.

Can anyone please assist me with getting a response to my email that I sent?

Hi Team - Can you believe it's almost February and I will have not received a response? I literally just want my physical POE 2 goods after selecting I did not want them accidentally.

I still am waiting to get my coins from EA, that sit in the wrong subaccount.

It's only been 2 months, I just should be patient and give them time. /s

I kind of regret I haven't refunded right away when the problem occured or at least within the 2 weeks after release of EA, never have seen this kind of crap happening in any game I ever have played before.

Same here, their email server is not working. Cant get verification email for linking with steam and cant even change email, no email are coming through. This is just bad, at least.

I understand they cant respond to emails because of a large amount of requests, but a simple auto email verification can't be fixed?
Contacted support (again) on 11th December (my e-mail from 7th December didn't even reach their mailbox) because I suddenly got coins instead of physical goods for my supporter pack, got reply on 28th December in which I had to type some of my character names (which I find ridiculous) and nothing was done to help me further, I replied within 10 minutes. Got no reply since then, but I tried to reach out on 16th and 31st January again. Not a single reply. This made me not wanting to try out early access further for some reason, my char just sits on level 5.
I been waiting for nearly a month now for email support!
