Email response time? for account merge

It's definitely not normal for it to take this long. I sent an email on November 28th. Still no response as of December 16th.

I'd estimate it's about 3 weeks right now. Probably longer. They've got this compeltely wrong. The money which should have reinforced the support systems has gone to streamers and sponsored YouTube vidoes in order to entice 1000's more people who they can take money from but not provide access to the game.

Yep, Im still waiting for a response for the exact same issue. All I wanted was my one allowed account merge to this main account before POE2 launched, and its been rough playing without a stash tab this whole time.
Ive been waiting since Dec 2nd, so two weeks now. I understand they have a ton of tickets to churn through, I just wish we got some sort of ETA or some way to know when our ticket will be attended to. As it stands, its just waiting without any estimated timeframe. Could be 2 more weeks, could be 2 more months. |
