Wanting to merge accounts. How do I go about doing this?

So I bought 2 EA keys. One for Xbox and one for Steam. But it looks like I have 2 separate accounts. Each with it's own Coins and MTX skins. How do I go about asking GGG to merge the accounts for me?

I would love the same. I have sent two emails, as mentioned on other threads and the website to support, but I haven't received anything (even just an automated confirmation) about either of them over the last week.

My issue is it looks like two completely separate accounts are available. I can play under my PC account on the xbox, but the characters and currency (supporter packs) are completely separate from one another.

I have done that. My sole issue is currency/stash tabs/etc are not shared. I would have never bought the support pack on Xbox if I would have known I now have to maintain two completely separate accounts. It could totally be my fault though... I'm not throwing the blame. I just want it fixed if possible.
