Request for Assistance: Missing In-Game Points and Incorrect Purchase Issue

Hello,

I purchased early access to POE2 on both Steam and PS5. My usernames are RufusYungblood#0080 (Steam) and Rufus_Yungblood#9207 (PS5). However, I am unable to see my points in-game to make purchases.

To address this, I attempted to make a purchase through your website. While I can see my points on both profiles, which appear to be "merged," navigating the website to make purchases is confusing. As a result, I mistakenly purchased a premium tab bundle for POE1 instead of POE2. I believe this issue could have been avoided if the points were visible and accessible directly in the game.

I have two requests:
1. Please make it possible to view and use my points directly in-game for purchases.
2. Could you transfer the premium tab bundle I purchased for POE1 to POE2?

Please let me know if you need any additional information from me to resolve this issue.
