No access to PoE2 trade ( also, PoE2 character is not showing up on webpage)

Hello,

I have a premuim tab, I am trying to sell wares. I have checked to make sure its a public visable tab, I listed prices, However I do not see the items for sale on PoE2 trade. I noticed I do not have a PoE2 character listed on the website either.

i am having the same issue or only my poe1 account is showing up not poe 2 account.
