Return the purchased Legendary Pages warehouse

I want to return the legendary page warehouse worth 110 gold coins that I bought, I originally thought that this warehouse page could be put in any equipment, but it turned out that it could only be put in legendary equipment, and there were few pieces of legendary equipment that could be used, I don't know what you designers think, this warehouse is almost just a decoration. This problem has been around since PoE1, what lessons have you learned over the past decade? Do you play the game on your own? I'm talking about playing from the player's point of view the whole time, not just playing for hours from the perspective of God.
