Purchased a second tier of support instead of upgrading my current tier

Hello,

After submitting a customer service request for the titled issue and waiting 4-5 days with no response, I am reaching out here for help.

Due to the difficulties of trying to upgrade my tier of support from Lord of Ogham Supporter to Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter, which range from unable to do so in-game to confusing website design when a upgrade-able tier and purchasing another tier is available, I accidentally bought a whole other tier, of King of the Faridun Supporter.

I would like to refund this 2nd tier to either have it removed and refunded to purchase the upgrade for my 1st tier on my own, or streamline the process to remove the 2nd supporter purchase and upgrade my 1st tier of Lord of Ogham Supporter to Thaumaturge of the Vaal Supporter.

Did you ever get a response. It seems like nearly everyone emailing about any account issue does not get a response either here or email.
Been over a week now with no response to my e-mail support ticket, and just under a week since posting here with also no response. Considering how this has to do with a purchase of product issue, there should be a prompt response of some degree.
