buffer underflow

i was normally playinng, exploring jungle ruins on act3, an error popped up "Buffer underflow" and my game crashed.
Now, every time that i try to log that char, i simply can't. Game crashes in the loading screen, always with that buffer message.
I can connect other chars, only happens to this one.
What can i do?

Same issue here. Happened in hc cruel act 3 jungle
