How long is 'account locked' going to last for?

I have contacted support and it has been a week now with no response, I am getting the same answers from other players with the same issue. Please, I need an answer on how long does 'account locked' lasts...

Some players got muted and instantly got account locked and rightfully so in some cases but this isn't just for toxic people. It's also random players who have done nothing wrong that are getting it too according to my research on multiple online forums. There is no response and no answers regarding this account lock issue. I want to help other players and give the information to them.

i sent an email 2 weeks ago about an email change and still no reply. they probably have like 5 people answering hundreds of emails. its weird that a big company like this cant afford to hire more support
