Charge Infusion 'increased' crit chance, instead of 'more'

Maybe i d'ont understand the wording well. But if charge infusion give 15% more critical when consuming a charge. I should go from 25% to 40% Crit chance.
But i go from 25% to 28,75%, and it feel really weak for something that block 30 spirit and consuming charges.

(Number come from gem stat panel on Ice Strike)

That is correct. "More" is multiplicative of the overall value.

Example 1: Ice Strike, 25% base critical strike chance. No increased critical strike chance from tree or gear
25% * 15% = 28,75%

Example 2: Ice Strike, 25% base critical strike chance. 100% increased critical strike chance from tree or gear
(25% * 100%) * 15% = 57,5%

Charged Infusion gets more valuable the more "Increased Critical Strike Chance" you have.

15% of 25 is 3.75%, which gives a total of 28.75%. If the bonus was intended to be a flat 15% added to your crit chance, then it would be written "+15% chance to critically hit" or similar. The main thing being that it would have a + sign, rather than say "increased" or "more"

I will admit that PoE terminology can be quite confusing when you aren't used to it.

Edit: Also, ice strike does not have 25% base crit, it's base crit chance is whatever your weapon's crit chance is.
