My account 472039#8878 was banned for no reason

472039#8878, my account was blocked today. There was no inappropriate gaming or cheating. I bought two accounts for two computers at home. Last night, I took turns logging in to two accounts on one computer and then made a purchase in the mall. One account was blocked. Banned, please verify

I have the same issue. I was playing, went to the bathroom and when i came back i was logged out and account locked.

I've sent multiple emails and not getting any response. its been close to 6 days now.

Do you think you can help?

I got a response from Support asking for some details.
I sent the details but have not gotten a response yet.
I know its difficult with the time zones but we are on day 5 now.

I feel like my reply would just have been added back into the queue no?

As there isn't any sort of system everything just goes into an inbox and gets worked on from oldest to newest?

In essence I would have to wait another 8 days depending on the amount of "tickets" being sent?

This isn't an attack just genuinely curious how this works.
