Increased evasion rating on jewel doesn't work

As title suggest, I purchased a jewel with 17% increased evasion, put it on the tree but no chance in the tooltip under evasion.

I can confirm the same.. % increased Evasion Rating on jewel has no effect.

Having the same issue with my jewel. No change at all to my evasion rating

Multiple 15% evasion jewels. No effect in the tool tip
