i want refund

I am a Korean user and sent a refund email on December 7th, and I sent it on December 8th in response to a request for more information
However, I still haven't received an answer about the refund
Is the refund going on?

GGG does not answer anything account related on the forums. Your request has been queued and reaching out to support again before they get back with you will only set you to the back of the line. Support is also very backed up. To the best of my knowledge support has been known to issue refunds, but if you have used any MTX purchased, you may not be eligible for a refund.
