You need to contact support at support@grinddinggear.com for all account related inquiries. They will not respond to forum threads other than to tell you to email them. Support is also very backed up.

Now if I understand what you are saying, you purchased a pack at a discounted rate and want the full coin value, not the coin value proportional to what you paid? If GGG reduced the coins, I highly doubt they would agree to gift you the coins back. You always have the option of requesting a full refund, but do not use any of the purchased MTX or you will be less likely to get the refund.
