Atlas map hidden after clearing areas.

I Cleared a big section of the atlas got off the game and came back only to find it completely hidden in fog again being unable to see any maps or related areas unable to select them to start the map, clearing nodes around or closer to these areas seems to clear some of the fog but not completely.

I have the same issue. Fog returned for a whole big section of my atlas map.
