Texture Flickering

Not sure what is causing this. Only in the Ziggurat Encampment textures flicker often. Almost looks like a monitor issue because the whole screen flickers but upon closer inspection it is just every texture that is rendered flickers. Flickers between full texture resolution and a white and blue texture that looks like a common glitch effect.

I also have this issue and only in this zone. Super weird. Glad I'm not the only one though.

I know it's kind of a late reply,but set the textures setting to medium,it'll stop the flickering in act 3 town.
