Cant see public parties list POe2

I have tried everything from restarting my console to reinstalling and still nothing if anyone knows anything please help

same for me, after reinstall windows
i can see parties on two other chars, but not on my main;/ there si any option to disable publick parties list ? |

i have same issue, no parties on main, but alts are able to see them

same, as if nobody of the 200k people playing is curious and looking for a party.

Apparently you have to go to the refuge. I went to the refuge (last town) and I see a list of parties there.
|

so the issue ive found is it dont work for hideout or the first mission of any of the acts for some weird reason until you make it to town
