Act 1 quest. "the mad wolf of ogham."

Has anyone else completed the story and still cant map because this quest isn't completed? It says to "travel east" which is by talking to the hooded one except he doesn't have the option for me cause I already did it. Im lvl 67 and I've tried re killing the boss to see if the option would pop back up and no luck. I literally cant play my character in maps because of this quest. It don't allow me to use the map device.

nvm It suddenly let me open up the maps now.
