I'm not able to rescue the pet chimera on twitch

I followed the steps to redeem the chimera on Twitch, I gave 2 subs, when I redeemed everything was ok, however, the reward was not coming in the game. So I decided to reconnect the twitch with the POE, however, there was an error and it is not reconnecting anymore.
