Character "committing suicide" in maps suddenly...

I just hit level 4 maps and out of nowhere without changing anything in my build, my character is getting insta one-shot in every map. I'll get dialogue that says "toon name has committed suicide".

This has happened for the last 5 maps in a row, I even went down to a tier 1 map just to see if it had to do with tier for some reason...

It is NOT reflect.

Anybody know what this is? Experiencing the same thing?

Fixed it... was CI and had a mana flask that took from life when used!
