Endgame League Mechanics Overtuned?

I'm playing my own lightning Crit Monk build in the early endgame right now and can handle rares + bosses fine, but when I try to engage with a mechanic like Breach or Ritual I just instantly explode.

I think it's a little odd to make these mechanics available when they just destroy someone who's just entering endgame.

I'm curious when other players start engaging with these mechanics because it doesn't feel like I'm anywhere near where I need to be to engage with these mechanics and currently my mapping route is to avoid any and save them for later.

Delerium I can handle, But yah Breach is horribly overtuned mess right now.
