2 bugged quests in Act 2 cruel, Playstation 5

Search Traitor’s passage quest bugged in act 2 cruel, defeated the boss & got the coin, searched the whole area but unable to progress, can’t get to the cruel sekhema trial as a result.

Also bugged, the trial of corruption, I have completed everything up to getting the horn but now I am supposed to go to the sandstorm barrier via caravan but the waypoint there won’t unlock in the desert map & i’m unable to progress to act 3, please fix this asap, i’ve got 120hrs logged already, completely no lifed the game & bought the 2nd most expensive support pack & I can’t even reach maps, yet i see a lot of others have, great game though when it works!

Its absolutely unexeptable, I'm stuck to with the same issue and I've followed posts from a month ago pages long with people having the same issue. All you get on reddit is people telling you all these work arounds that don't work. I don't mind being stuck from progression because a game is hard but for this it's just rediculous!
