IP Ban on São Paulo Server

Was playing normally, done the trial to ascend my character in act 2 then took a 2 hour break and when i came back to play my account was ip banned, changed the gateway to washington dc and i could log in but i would prefer to play in the São Paulo server because of the reduced ms

I also got that message today, but after trying to login again it did so normally, gave me quite the fright.
