Decay Map Incomplete

I was doing decay map and two elite monsters where outside the map. It looks like the map got truncated. I have an image just not sure the best way to get it to devs. This is on Xbox

Same thing happened to me in Decay on PC.

Same thing here. The part of the map with the boss is separated from the rest of the map, I checked every edge and there is no way to go to the boss.
