Your IP has been banned, wtf?

I can't log in the game. The message I get is "Your IP has been banned. Please contact support if you think this is a mistake".

I'm having trouble logging into the game too.
I received a message that my IP was banned. |

same here, just logout and when i try to login i receive the message: "Your IP has been banned. Please contact support if you think this is a mistake"

I can't access the maps via the map device, when I use it and enter the portal, I'm disconnected, I go back to the login screen... |
