Account banned for no reason

Please help me unban my account. I was level 39 and in Jiquani's Machinarium when my game crashed. When I tried to log back in I got informed I was banned and to contact support.
I did so, but would appreciate a workaround, as apparently support won't get back to you for a while. Last bumped on Dec 15, 2024, 4:06:15 PM

Seems like a bug, i got banned in act 3 cruel for no reason at all, i guess i wasnt the only one lol
