My physical package 'disappeared' (Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack)

I have a problem and I'm not sure what to do. I have no idea if a problem like this belongs here, but I don't know where else I could get help. I bought the "Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack" for the PoE 2 Early Access launch and there are some physical items included which you get sent to your home. So far so good. Now my parcel carrier was already here on 05.12. and wanted to deliver it. However, he wanted a fee (I think customs duties or something) of €15.99, which I didn't have (I only had €11 in cash). So this parcel carrier told me that my parcel would now be sent to a packing station near me, where I could pick it up the next day. I went there the next day, but my parcel was nowhere to be found. The next Monday I went there again, still not there. Now I wrote an e-mail to GGG (on 09.12.), but unfortunately received no reply. I still don't know where my parcel has gone. Unfortunately, I have not received a tracking number or anything similar. The parcel was supposed to be delivered by DHL, and I also received a bill from them saying that they couldn't deliver it (because the €15.99 was missing), but there's no tracking number on it either. Now I'm a bit desperate and don't know what to do. The Supporter Pack wasn't cheap and I find it extremely frustrating as there's nothing I can do. What should I do now? Will a new pack be sent? Is it just gone now? Another problem is that the parcel has the wrong address on it (wrong house number) - fortunately my parcel carrier knows my correct house number and brought it to me before it went to the packing station.
