Atlas - Waystone unexpected error disconnected from game

Every Waystone I use that is a "Rare" Yellow quality has kicked me from the game. The problem is not just me, it happens to my friend as well. I have the same problem happen sometimes 50/50 when I use a blue Waystone too. We are both playing on Xbox Series X. Waystones I have used were Tier 1, 2, and 3.

I should clarify this happens after I used the WayStone and I attempt to enter the portal. The loading screen comes up and then I am disconnected.


Edit: actually it seems to happen with any kind of waystone. its 50/50.
