138 Skeltal Arsonist Minion

Today i was messing around swapping weapons and on my skill gem menu I could summon 138 of them by continuously swapping weapon sets. In the pic and link of pic u can see where it says 138 are summoned but actually on 5 or 6 is actually summoned. Anyone else have this happen before?
