XBox early access no gold on account

Hi, our family uses three MS accounts on XBox and obviously only one has a GamePass subscription with payment methods assigned. I’ve purchased early access but link and play using another account (this one). My current account shows “Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now.” It’s ridiculous. I’ve been playing in the game since early access started. And I don’t see 300 gold on my account. I sent an email in support. No answer yet. Can support help to redeem the currency?
Another question is can I link to my Steam account as well, now the option is grayed. Last bumped on Dec 19, 2024, 3:44:54 PM

Hey there, the Early Access page on player accounts does not display properly when a Path of Exile account has already been made eligible to play on console as supporter packs and early access keys are platform-locked. It mostly checks if you have access on PC.
You should be able to link your Steam account, but if you're having issues, please send support an email. Please note that you will have to acquire early access on PC if you wish to play cross-platform. You've mentioned multiple accounts involved, as we are unable to discuss or action any account related issues over the forums, please send us your query to support@grindinggear.com Include any relevant Path of Exile account names with 4-digit discriminator and one or more character names on each account. | |

Refund confirmed. The game was purchased from the right account. Gold received.
