Game Crash can not Play again

I was in Act 3 and the game Crash the First time. Now i want to Start the Game again. When i load my character and i want to Join the Game it Crashes again and again.

Same problem. I can load the game with another character but not with this one. Has anyone solved the problem?

I changed the graphics settings several times, lowering them. It started on the 10th try.
