Valley Of The Titans - Can NOT deliver the Kabala and Sun Clan Relics

When I press on the altar the tooltip to turn in the relics just appears, but when I move the mouse away to my inventory, the tooltip disappears, so there is no way to place the relics into the socket. Already tried joining on friend's map, restarting game, nothing works.
