Guild Waypoint Skin not received

I purchased a guild waypoint skin with the leftover guildpoints we had, yet it does not show up in cosmetics or anywhere I can find but the guildpoints have been taken from my account.

I'm stuck on this also. When I picked up waypoint then the skin is available in stash, but I can't apply it...

Have you checked the HO Decoration menu?

I am having the exact same issue and lost my guild points. Any fix for this or is the team going to do anything ?
