Path of Exile 2 Steam Client Key question

I wasn't sure if the Steam Client CD Key that PoE2 gives out for Early Access players was our CD key or not, so I added it to my Steam.

Turns out that you give these out (the website isn't very clear).

1. Can I remove the CD Key from my steam account and will it be redeemable once again if I sent it out to a friend?

Also if I look on steam to remove a CD Key from my account, it says the following:

>Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack (on Dec 8, which was when I got the game)
>Path of Exile 2 (on Dec 15, which was when I used the CD Key from the website through my account)

2. If I remove the "Path of Exile 2" CD Key that was used on on Dec 15, will this mean that only the PoE2 CD Key will be removed, and I still have the main game that I got on Dec 8? Like...I won't lose anything, just the hand out key?

Sorry if point 2 is a bit confusing, I don't know how else to explain it.
