I didn't receive my upgrade

I upgraded my package, the payment was recorded but nothing happened to the account.

I used Pagbank as a payment method, everything is approved.

I need help.

I received all the items from the upgrade, but now the problem is regarding the amount of coins I should have received. I was using the Standard version in which I had earned 300 coins, I upgraded to the "Lord of Ogham" version which indicates the gain of 600 coins, but when I received it, I only received 200 instead of 300 to offset the difference from the previous pack. It doesn't make sense for me to invest up to this upgrade to receive 100 coins less.

Hey there, I've had a quick look into this for you. Is this still an issue? If you are still missing your microtransactions from your upgrade, could you please let us know if logging out then back in to Path of Exile 2 then opening the Microtransactions Store fixes this for you?
I received the package itself, but the upgrade was supposed to come with 300 coins and I only received 200. My game was the standard version and now I have upgraded to the Lord of Ogham which says I am entitled to 600 coins, discounting from my previous package, I should receive 300
I sent an email and a private message to support and got no response. I received all the upgrade items but only 200 coins, whereas the upgrade would add another 300 as described.
