Need some clarification from GGG

Good day all, can someone explain me please some things?
Introduction: I bought Early Access on PC (Steam key) and also Early access on my PS5.

1) what to do in order to have only one account? Not separate PS and PC one...
2) I received 300 coins when i bought access on PSN and when i am playing thru steam client on my PC - tabs that i brought are remove only - how to fix this ?

I am trying to figure it out, but it is a disaster from GGG how you guys made all this happened.
My main device to play is PS5, sometimes i wanna play from my laptop when i am not at my place, what should i do in order to have my tabs open in Steam Version and in PS Version?
What should i do in order to have only 1 account not 2?

1) You should be able to merge accounts using the homepage. Then you have shared characters.
2) No purchases are shared between PC and PS (Sony being the problem). If you want the same using both platforms you need to buy it on both.

From what i read when you let's say buy a currency tab once on PC and once on PS5 you have full access to the tab from both platforms.
