Lost passive skill points when refunding passive points

Hi there, level 39 monk. Refunded 7 passive points but only got 3 points to apply after I hit accept. I've tried relogging but still didn't get the 4 missing points back. Not sure if this is a known issue or if its fixable.

Hey, level 46 Deadeye, the same issue happened to me today.
Joining the thread and adding some info on the case.

I paid for a respec of 8 passive points in total during Act 3. I have reassigned the points, but when I applied them they just disappeared, like I never had them. Instead of 8 points, I was left with 2. The other 6 points were lost to the void I guess.

I have covered all the additional quests, points of interest, and bosses that give additional skill points up to Act 3. I have looked for people with the same issue as this is game-breaking at this point.

LVL 46 chornomancer... using dual wepons (maces) and two hander in secondary slot.. refunded 3 times. upon respecing i noticed the page never saved with new passives. so i did them again... and again.. It was then i noticed i was losing passive points.. Please help/fix

Level 29 Witch. I re-specced with the hooded one and had 5 points that I didn't know where I wanted to put them and when I exited the interface, those 5 points were gone! 5 levels of passive points lost to the ether because I didn't put them in place while I was re-speccing.

Removing nodes and adding new ones at the same time will often cause only some of them to refund/apply and some not. Make sure the points you want to remove were actually removed. Just count your allocated points if you aren't sure.
