PS5 supporter pack HELP PLEASE

I purchased my $100 supporter pack on PlayStation. Really wanted the cosmetics of the Vaal in the $160 pack which is nowhere to be found on PlayStation. So I made the mistake of purchasing my upgraded supporter pack on the Path of Exile website thinking that would carry over. The upgrade cost me $35.
Now I’m realizing this will likely never make it to my PlayStation account. Can someone at GGG please help with this matter? I just want something for my $35 since I do not own a PC. Currency anything will suffice. Last bumped on Dec 15, 2024, 10:19:47 AM
