Waiting to receive my support pack for 1 week now

Hi, it's been almost a week since I bought the two supporter packs:
- Lord of Ogham - King of Faridum Both were through Steam, and so far I haven't received anything, neither the items nor the coins. I sent an email to support and I haven't received any answers either. I would like to know when I will receive my items.
