Ancient Vows quest

I cant complete the ancient vows quest in cruel becasue it tells me to insert the Kabala clan relic. I don't have it due to accenidently dropping it and it dissapeared. Tried to farm for it again but it hasen't dropped in 3 hours of redoing Keth. Please help!!!!

Exactly the same here.
Got the line "Insert the Kabala Clan Relic". But don't have it anymore, droped in party accidentally. |
