Unlink old PoE account

i had an old poe account linked to my steam
Now that i got PoE 2, i realized that i don't have access to that old email anymore and i would like to unlink it so i can link a new account to my steam the old account is Neufmarche#3621 Last bumped on Dec 15, 2024, 10:48:09 AM

If you find a way please tell me i'd like to change the email i also don't have access to my old email and i'm stuck

Why do we have to go through a request to unlink an account or even delete an account? It's almost 2025 not 1995..This should be automated or at least something the user could do. This account is 10 years old and has 5hrs of gameplay. I should able to delete it at any time...I sent a email, but no telling how long that will take.
